Birthday Bunny

Hi, Diane here today!

For our challenge this week, I chose to make a birthday card. It seems you can never have too many of those on hand!

I started my card by making a background of bricks, using Impression Obsession Distressed Brick Cover A Card stamp. I stamped it on brown card stock with white unicorn ink.

I die cut a PoppyStamps Leafy Sprig Border for the top of the card. However, being as this die runs lengthwise, I just trimmed off the top right edge to fit!

The flower pot was cut using Memory Box Fancy Potted Flower. I adhered my card stock to a piece of Scor-Tape 6 x 6 Double Sided Adhesive, before die cutting, making it easy to adhere to my card. I cut the die a second time, and paper pieced the positive pieces for the flower pot.

A small blue bow was added to the pot, and Baby Blue Rhinestones were added to the flowers.

The bunny was cut with a PoppyStamps Chocolate Bunny
with paper from the Faith collection by Authentique.

The sentiment was stamped on a stitched circle die, using a stamp from JustRite Hope and Love Vintage Label Eight and Nine stamp set.

Thank you for visiting. We would love for you to join in our challenge with us!
