Hello from Jenny! I am back today with a birthday card. I can never seem to make
enough! I am finally getting back into the swing of a routine again, now
that my children are back in school. Hopefully my card mojo will
return!
I haven't used many background stamps in a while, and I forgot how much I
love them. For this card, I used Impression Obsession's Distressed
Brick Cover-a-Card Stamp with Distress Ink. I adhered the brick panel to a piece of
Kraft card stock with Joy Crafts Large Foam Pads.
I envisioned a climbing rose, but wanted to put together a card that
wasn't time intensive. So instead of making a ton of little flowers, I
used this beautiful Tattered Lace Rambling Rose die. It has so much
detail and I absolutely love the leaves. They are so delicate and
lacy. The roses and leaves were colored with Distress Ink. I cut the
image a second time, and added the red roses on top. You can see some of
the white rose peeking through underneath, since I tried to only color
the leaves of the bottom layer. It reminds me of this beautiful red and
white rose I have in my garden. Each rose on the bush is so different
and stunning.
Happy Birthday was cut with Impression Obsession's Greeting Set.
It's really perfect for so many occasions. I keep hoping they'll
release a holiday words version.

A Little Birdie
Hi Friends! Jenny here today, and I am sharing a paper pieced card I made, inspired by the current challenge #102 An Apple A Day.
I began by cutting a piece of the Enchanted Garden Paper, by Kaisercraft. This paper is just so lovely, I tend to hoard it. The pink and green papers were perfect for this challenge and needed to come out to play. I cut the pink paper using scalloped rectangle dies from my stash, and backed it with a piece of light blue card stock to mimic a blue sky.
I cut the main die, which is also from my stash, and colored it with Distress Ink. I then cut the die again, using a green patterned paper from the Enchanted Garden paper pad. I cut out the leaves individually and glued them on top of the original die cut.
I sprayed the bird wings with Pearl Glimmer Mist before adhering them to the birds, so they have a little sparkle. Last, I thought the tree needed a little extra pizzaz, so I turned it into an apple tree by adding apples from the Impression Obsession Bushel of Apples die, and Water Dew Drops for a little more dimension and interest.
Thanks for visIting and make sure to check out this week's challenge for a chance to win a great prize!

Get Well Soon
Good
morning friends! Mindy here, with this weeks card inspiration from
Classy Cards 'n Such. Our theme this week is An Apple A Day, with the
inspiration photo of apple shaped decorated cookies, and interesting
colors and patterns to inspire you. You may add an apple if you wish!
My card begins with an embossed background using my Scor-Buddy Mini Scoring Tablet. I embossed diagonal lines every half inch, and then turned my background 90 degrees, and scored diagonal lines back the other direction. The lines were highlighted and Baby White Pearls were added here and there to follow the design.
I then cut a panel using the New Distressed Addington Collage by Memory Box. These new dies are so interesting and can be used in many decorative ways. I colored the edges with Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distressed Ink and my Mini Ink Blending Tool by Ranger. I then punched several apple shapes and apple blossom flowers, colored them with watercolors and adhered them to the panel. The entire panel was popped up with Joy! Small Foam Pads.
The sentiment from the Keep in Touch, Too stamp set by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, was stamped on a label from the Labels Eighteen die set by Spellbinders.
A few Poinsettia Dew Drops, by the Robins Nest, were added for accent to complete my card.
Thanks for visiting with me today.

Hello
Hi,
it's Jenny with you today sharing a new card! I was so inspired by the
Graphic 45 Botanical Tea paper. I use it often on my cards. The soft
coordinating shades and elegant prints have made it my go-to paper.
The lacey circle is from the Cutting & Embossing Die -Circle 4 pcs. die set from Joy Crafts. It's difficult to see in the photo but the edge of the solid center circle also has a lovely embossed detail. The set comes with a smaller circle that I used to cut out the floral paper, also from the Botanical Tea paper pad.
I popped up the small circle with Joy! Crafts Large Foam Pads, and then glued two of the Memory Box Chloe Stems on top.
I added a butterfly from my stash, colored it with Distress Ink and added a Rhinestone center. "Hello" was cut from white card stock using the Impression Obsession Greeting Set.
I hope you enjoy my card. Thanks for looking and make sure to check out the upcoming weekly challenges for a chance to win a wonderful prize from the Classy Cards 'n Such shop!
Don't forget to check back tomorrow for our next challenge! We have an inspirational photo for you, for our CCNS #101 Autumn Wedding challenge!

Celebrate
Hi, Diane with you today. This week marks our 100th challenge on the CCNS blog. Won't you join in and celebrate with us?
I pulled out a die I love. The Sizzix Accordion Flip Album die. This die has become rather hard to find...but you can still purchase it at the CCNS store! I cut it twice from the gorgeous Stardream Rose Quartz Metallic paper twice!
I decorated the front and the panels with paper from
Graphic 45 Botanical Tea 6 x 6 paper pad.
A few Roses were made using Memory Box Scalloped Posie die. The Roses were inked with TH Spun Sugar,
then frosted with Sparkle 'n Sprinkle Crystal Ice glitter.
The greens were cut with the leaves from Spellbinders Romantic Blooms Three. A few Pink Pearls added among the greens.
A bow was created with the Sue Wilson Filigree 3D Itty Bitty Bow. The front sentiment and the inside sentiment are from JustRite Lilac Blooms.
Thank you for visiting with me today!
