Hello, friends. Thank you for joining me with my Weekly Challenge card at Classy Cards 'n Such.
Mindy here, to share with you my card titled "Bee Friendly"!
Our
challenge this week takes the inspiration photo on the blog and add to
it a pretty little buzzin' bee! I started my card with a background
piece from the Watercolored Memories pad by
Ken Oliver Crafts. I used the soft muted color side of the paper and
attached it to my card base.
I then began stamping and cutting the dies I
wanted to use for my scene. I started with the Arianna Blooms stamp set from Heartfelt Creations. I stamped several of the smaller flowers on Heavyweight Vellum and then colored them on the reverse side with markers, before forming them with my Susan's Garden Tool Kit.
I then added a leaf flourish, Open Scroll Leaf from Impression Obsession, along with some flowers from the Garden Bouquet die set from Poppy Stamps. I then added the Patient Pup die, also from Poppy Stamps. To complete the card, I added three bees from Elizabeth Crafts, the sentiment from Greeting Set by Impression Obsession, and several various colors of Rhinestones in the center of the small flowers.
I hope you have enjoyed this card, and will join us with your entry in this week's challenge.

Cross and Lilies
Hello everyone! Mindy here this afternoon. I'm glad you stopped by!
I finally had time to create with my Cross with Script embossing folder by Darice, Pristine Lilies pre-cut Stamp Set, and Cross and Lilies die cut set from Heartfelt Creations. The card I made could be used for many different occasions or holidays, with a simple addition of a Bible verse inside.
I started this card by embossing a sheet of card stock with the Cross and Script embossing folder, then sanding with a sanding block to show the inside color of the card core. I then adhered it to the card base and began stamping and forming my flowers.
I stamped the lilies on 90# watercolor paper and then colored with Tim Holtz Distressed Marker in Abandoned Coral. I used my Tim Holtz Water Brush to blend the color on the flower petals, then crimped and formed the petals with my Susan's Garden Tool Kit. While the petals were drying, I cut some free-handed leaves to place in between the flowers on my card front.
After the flowers and leaves were dry, I adhered them to the front of my card in a pleasing design using some Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive. A small bow was added to the flower spray to complete the design.
I hope you have enjoyed visiting with me today. Please visit the Classy Cards 'n Such online store to see all of the NEW items available.
There are lots of really great new items that have been added to the Classy Cards shop! Please keep your eyes on the NEW!!! section of the shop!

I Love You
Hi, Mindy with you to share my take on a old game played many times when I was younger. Our challenge this week at the Classy Cards 'n Such blog, is He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not and to use a daisy in your design.
I started by dry embossing my card base with the Lattice embossing folder by Crafts Too! I then die cut the beautiful Oval Regalia die, by
Spellbinders, from white card stock. This die is so delicate and
delightful, it makes a wonderful background for any image or sentiment.
For the background inside the oval, I used Tim
Holtz Distressed marker colors to color an oval of watercolor paper. I
then began to make my floral presentation for the central image.
I used the die for the Mini Daisy dies from Susan Tierney Cockburn and Sizzix, to cut the petals and leaves to complete two flowers. I shaped the petals with my Susan's Garden Tool Kit, then adhered them with the Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive.
I formed the two daisies to look as if the petals of one were being
plucked from the flower, like the game He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not!
I then added a tiny ribbon bow, and the sentiment banner with the words from the Just the Right Words stamp by JustRite Stamps.

I adhered the lacy oval to the card base with Joy! Foam Pads - Large,
and the card was complete.
I hope you have enjoyed this card, and will join us for this week's challenge with your take on it. Have a Happy Day!

I started by stamping the birdhouse from Bird Haven PreCut Set, by
Heartfelt Creations, on a rectangle of watercolor paper and coloring
with my Tim Holtz Distress Markers. I also stamped the blossoms from
the Birds and Blooms Stamp Set, and the Botanical Rose set also from Heartfelt Creations. I then colored them and fussy cut them, before shaping them with my Susan's Garden Tool Kit from Sizzix. I then layered them and adhered them to my card with the Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive.
After
placing them in a pleasing design around the birdhouse, I stamped a few
leaves, and dotted the centers with dimension. I also added Mother of Pearl Rhinestones from Want2Scrap in the big flower centers. The sentiment banner was stamped from the set, Keep in Touch, Too from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
It
was nice having you visit today. I hope you will join us for this weeks
challenge. We love seeing what you create with our products.

Pearls of Wisdom
Welcome to the weekly challenge #77, Fancy Pearls, here at Classy Cards n' Such blog. Mindy's Pearls of Wisdom for today is "Dare to be Remarkable!"
My train of thought started with the beautiful off white pearl Stardream Hera Metallic paper sold in the Classy Cards n' Such online store. I also found a sheet of printed paper from the Romance paper pad by Joy!Crafts that matched the pearl colors I wanted to use.
I cut the Rectangles 6-in-1 Frame die, from
Impression Obsession, and used several sizes to frame the sentiment,
Dare to be remarkable! Of course, I used three sizes of White Pearls, from Want2Scrap, to accentuate the sentiment frame, and even added a few colored ones.
On another piece of metallic paper, I stamped the Botanical Wings flowers and leaves, then die cut with the matching Botanical Wings die set, both from Heartfelt Creations. I shaped and formed the petals with my Susan's Garden Tool Kit from Sizzix, then adhered them to the card with Dries Clear Adhesive from the Art Institute.
I hope you have enjoyed visiting with us today, and that you will be inspired to create a card to submit in our challenge.
