Birthday Wishes

Hi, Diane with you once again! As I promised last Saturday, I have another card to show you, using the new Ken Oliver Color Bursts.

I once again used the smooth side of water color paper.
Using the Spritzer Bottle, I lightly spritzed water
on, then using Ken Oliver Lemon Yellow Color Burst first,
then followed by Orange. I lightly squeezed the bottles
to get it to puff on.

Using the heat gun I totally dried my piece, then used the Anti Static bag to go over it.

I stamped the B-Line Designs Large Butterfly with Versamark ink, then embossed with Sparkle 'n Sprinkle  Black Fine Detail embossing powder.

I layered yellow, then white card stock and adhered my image with 1/2" Scor-Tape.

A sentiment was added using Sweet 'n Sassy Companion Words stamps. These are a great sentiment set, as you can mix and match the words!

This is a quick and easy way to make a beautiful card
that is quite easy to mail!

Thank you for visiting with me today!!

Flower Basket

Hi, Diane with you today!

We are in the full swing of summer, heat, humidity and all. One of the blessings of summer, are all the pretty flowers and the birds singing their hearts out!

I planted my own pots this year, and this card is a reminder of how pretty they are!

The background embossing folder is one of my favorites, I am sure you have seen me use it many times. It is Crafts Too Mini Fans, so pretty!

The die under the image is Spellbinders Floral Ovals.

The image is one I picked out from B-Line Designs
called Flowers In A Basket. We were able to pick out images we liked for Beverly to order, so check out the B-Line Designs in stock. There is a nice variety and they stamp beautifully, a very nice quality stamp!

I wanted my basket to really pop, so I used Joy Large Foam Pads to add dimension.

I colored the image with markers and added a bit of
yellow Stickles to the flower centers. I would call this card simply beautiful!

Thank you for visiting with me today!
