In East Texas we don't get much snow -- but I can dream!!  Supplies from Classy Cards 'n Such can make my dreaming of snow much easier!

Stamp:  Twinkles stamp set from Impression Obsession

Tool:     Dots Embossing folder by Crafts Too!

This is a quick and easy card. Here are the steps:
  

1.  Emboss white cardstock with Dots folder and hand cut  into two curves.

2.  Stamp, color and cut out sweet snowman Twinkles.

3.  Stamp sentiment on white cardstock banner.

4.  Assemble on card with pop dots.
