I stamped the Joy to the World Cling stamp set from Heartfelt Creations on watercolor paper, and added just a bit of color with my watercolor markers. I distressed around the edge of the paper with Vintage Photo Distressed Ink. and my Mini Ink Blending Tool by Ranger, to give it the distressed edge look, then matted it with a piece of So. . . Silk Glamour Green, before adding to my card base of Bluebell Stardream Metallic paper, both carried in the Classy Cards 'n Such online store.
A tiny satin bow and several paper Sequins cut from the Sequins die, from My Favorite Things, were added to complete my card.

This is lovely - I am always appreciative when I see a Christmas card that reflects the meaning of the day. I especially like the look of the scroll for the verse - I am going to have to see if I can do that!
