For today's card, I chose to use the Heartfelt Creations Cheery Cardinal stamp. I love the detail in this stamp, and the fact that it is pre-cut
and all you need to do is peel the paper off the back, place it on an acrylic block and you are ready to go!
I stamped the image on white paper and colored using Copic markers. I cut the image out with Labels Twenty-One Spellbinders die. Then I chose
to use the out-of-the-die technique from Technique Junkies.
For the
background, I used Bundled Sage Distress Ink and randomly stamped the Rye Grass Flourish.
The saying is also from the Cardinal set. For the flower, I decided to make
a simple flower to match the flower on the image. I I used the
Rose Creations and colored the centers with Copic markers.
