Bucket Of Sunflowers

Hello Stamping Friends!  It is Shirley posting today. I am happy you have come by today. I have a card to share with you and it will remind us that Spring and Summer will bring us lots of sunshine and sunflowers.

I love sunflowers, but I will stick with the Black Eyed Susan's for my garden because they do not require any extra care and come back every year.

I started off with a navy card base. I followed with a piece of gold card stock. The next layer was cut from a piece of paper from the Authentique Vintage Glitz Paper Pack. This paper was so perfect for my sunflower arrangement. I used gold paper to cut the pretty Spellbinders Mary Border Strip die. I also cut the navy layer for it with the same die.

I stamped the Heartfelt Creations Sunflower Bouquet on white card stock. I colored the image with markers. I used a circle die to cut the image out. I left the image in the die and sponged around it with  Scattered Straw Distress Ink before I adhered it to the a navy circle.

I adhered all the pieces together and added a checkered bow that I made with the Bow-Easy. I added two tear drop Rhinestones and the card is complete.

I hope you liked the card for today and please come back tomorrow to see another wonderful card made by the Classy Cards 'n Such design team.

I knew this card was going to be from you, because of the title "Bucket of Sunflowers" and I know how much you love them! Love the colors you used - even the gingham, border and DP brings out the warmth in the sunflowers colors. Just gorgeous!!
