I started with one of the flowers from the Thankful Blooms set by Sweet 'n Sassy, and stamped around the edges of a piece of blue cardstock that had been die cut from Blueprints 13 by My Favorite things.
A heart was die cut from a white panel. From a piece of pink card stock, a scallop heart frame was made using a heart die and a Classic Scallop Hearts die by Spellbinders. The pink scallop frame was put on top of the white panel.
Little flowers from the stamp set by JustRite called Spring Words, was stamped around part of the heart and the "With Love" sentiment from the same set stamped in the lower left.
An arrow from Blueprints 13 was die cut, and stamped with a tiny xoxoxo sentiment from Our Daily Bread's Ornate Frame Sentiments, and attached to the edge of the heart frame. The stitch line on the white panel is from the Blueprints 13 Die set.
A piece of vellum was embossed using Crowned Medallion by Anna Griffin, and put behind the framed heart. A layered button was topped with a Pink Rock Candy and a little twine from Doodlebug Doodle Twine completed the card.
