I can just imagine having a chair on the patio, a cold drink, the wind blowing through my hair and looking out into a beautiful, peaceful backyard full of flowers.
I have tried and tried to grow white gerber daisies and all I can get to grow are the pink ones, so my dream scene would have lots of white daisies!
I used Impression Obsessions Coneflowers and colored them to look like daisies. I used Peeled Paint Distress Marker and the Detail Water Brush. I found a marker that would match the cardstock I wanted to use.
I backed the image panel with a piece of black cardstock and then Banana Split cardstock.
Then I inked up the Impression Obsession Gingham Cover-A- Card with my favorite black ink. I cut it into strips and backed it with black cardstock from the Layering Swatches #2 pack. I took my white base and added a layer of the Banana Split cardstock, then white. I taped down the gingham pieces with a little space in between the two of them.
Then to my image panel, I put Joy Foam Pads pieces on each corner and popped it up. To the yellow centers, I added some Wink of Stella glitter pen and Black Pearls in each corner to finish it off.
Hope you get your white daisies! Thanks Misti!
