Unto Us a Child is Born

Linda is back with two more beautiful Christmas cards!!  Take a look...

ANOTHER RED AND WHITE CHRISTMAS CARD!!
What can I say?  I really like using red and white for my Christmas cards, but I promise this is the last red and white  one you'll see from me this year. This is also another very simple and easy one to make.

I used Esse Smooth Pearlized White cardstock and Stardream Jupiter cardstock to make the matted layers on the card. The top layer was embossed using the Crafts Too! Swirl Baubles embossing folder.  I added lots of Want2Scrap red rhinestones to add shine and sparkle.  I then embossed the Merry Christmas sentiment with red embossing powder.

That's all there is to it and you have another great card to send!
Swirl Baubles
I've had this little picture sitting on my desk for a couple of weeks cause I just couldn't decide how it should be finished.  After much thought and soul searching I decided I would just let the picture speak for itself and do it really clean and simple.

I colored the Nativity stamp from Art Impressions (15% off this week when you use promo code AI15 at checkout) with my Prismacolor pencils.  I then used the Spellbinders Curved Rectangles to die cut the image.

I layered this on Stardream Punch and used Esse Smooth Pearlized White cardstock as the mat layer on my cardstock.

I added the sentiment from a stamp set I had using embossing powder and highlighted with some eggplant pearls from the Lattice Rectangles Nestabling from Want2Scrap.

Unto Us a Child is Born
In this case, a picture really is worth a thousand words.  Merry Christmas to everyone and I pray each one of you has a very happy and healthy New Year!

Thanks, Linda!!

Thanks for stopping by!!!  Until next time...

That Jupiter cardstock is really gorgeous! I'll have to invest in that one for sure. Love the bling you've added to the baubles. And wow, you brave woman...working with that image that requires all that coloring. Nicely done.
