Blue Bird Get Well

Good Morning. It is Shirley posting today. We have a new challenge at Classy Cards 'n Such. Challenge #118 is All about Winter Blues. Translation - use blue and white on your card. Here is the card I made.

I started with a navy blue piece of card stock and added a piece of dotted designer paper over it.

I used the Spellbinders A2 Divine Eloquence to cut the ivory card stock that I had stamped my blue bird on. I stamped the Get Well sentiment from Our Daily Bread Designs Ornate Frame Sentiments. I cut a navy frame to go behind the bird and embossed it with the Dots embossing folder.

I cut four corners from the navy card stock. For the final step to my card, I added silver beads to the corners. I added the pieces to my card using Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive.

Thank you for joining us today.  I hope to see your card in the challenge this week.
