Hi Classy Friends! It's Jenny posting today with a card inspired by the
Back to School Challenge. Sometimes when I'm stuck on something, I turn
to paper to inspire me. In this case it's this cute school themed
paper that has been in my stash for some time.
This might be more of a mid year themed card than a beginning of the
year teacher card, but now I'm ahead of the game when teacher
appreciation day rolls around.
I cut an A2 size card, and then cut my designer paper a quarter inch
smaller on two sides, which leaves an eighth of an inch border all around.
I then glued a rectangle from the Impression Obsession Rectangles - 6 in 1 Frame that was cut with Kraft paper.
The sentiment was from a stamp in my stash. I cut the sentiment with a
rectangle from the Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles. I used a little Distress Ink to age the inside a bit and bring in more of the Kraft
color. The center was popped up using Joy! Large Foam Pads.
The red apples are from the Impression Obsession Bushel of Apples die.
Thanks for looking and make sure to join in this week's challenge for a
